“We have the Agilis cross climates on our C-class 3.5t MH and have been utterly delighted with them. They’re quiet, really grippy and give a great ride. What’s not to like?”

Higher is better. The Relative Score follows your weights below; category scores do not change.
Wet grip starts at “Important”. Treadwear starts at “Neutral” here: road tests measured it for at most one of the two tires, so it rests on owner reviews. Move the sliders and the scores update instantly.
Only one of the two tires has a score here, so this weight changes nothing in the head-to-head.

Community sentiment toward the BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 is largely positive, with drivers frequently praising its aggressive styling, tough sidewalls, off-road durability, and solid general performance. Many owners report capable handling in snow, though several emphasize that it cannot replace a dedicated winter tire and can struggle on ice or packed snow. Criticisms center on high pricing, added weight hurting fuel economy, mud packing, occasional tread chunking, and difficulties with balancing causing highway vibrations.
“Yes, totally fine to run them on the stock 5.5" wide wheels, no rubbing and they're a good option for an upgrade while minimising drawbacks. I ran exactly that size KO2 for ~50,000 km, ended up selling them onto someone else and swapped to different wheels and tyres just for something different.”
“I drove to the Deadhorse, Alaska (as far north as you can drive in America). The Dalton highway is a notorious 400 mile gravel road start just north of Fairbanks. Lots of people bring 2 spares. I had 0 flats. KO2 eat snow and sand for breakfast. They definitely improve my Q5 and allow me to hang with proper off-roaders (at least for a little while)”
“I run Hakkapeliittas in the winter (UP of Michigan, 300"+ of snow per year) but I ran my KO2s last winter and they performed surprisingly well. They do struggle in ice and burnished snowpack, especially under 15F in my experience and since they have no siping they don't clear as well as snow tires. If it's KO2s vs. All Seasons I'd go with the KO2s, just know they still don't beat proper snow tires.”

Community sentiment toward the Michelin Agilis CrossClimate is largely positive, with owners of vans, RVs, and heavy-duty trucks praising its wet and snow traction, quiet ride, and capability under heavy loads. However, discussions frequently highlight trade-offs such as faster tread wear compared to the Defender series and concerns regarding an NHTSA recall on certain C-metric sizes for snow traction marking non-compliance. Prospective buyers also note confusion regarding the differing directional C-metric and non-directional LT-metric designs.
“I fitted these to our 680 Michelin Agilis Crossclimate 235/60 R17C 117/115R 8PR, 3PMSF And they work well, better off tarmac (Grassy muddy farm track) than the factory tyres and felt better in heavy rain. I can’t recall if ride quality changed tho.”
“Costco tire employee here- It can be hard to estimate tire life w/out warranty info. Most members see about 60k miles on the agilis crossclimate and 75k on the defender ltx. The agilis is the better tire for heavy loading but you have to balance that against how fast you'll wear them out. Both are great tires though”
“I bought a set of Agilis for my 2017 F250 King Ranch two years ago. I live in Colorado and I was attracted to the idea that they could possibly be left on year round and not have to swap between summer and winter tires. I have swapped between summer and winter tires for the past 25 years here in Colorado and I have tried tires that were supposedly "ALL SEASON" but they were always a compromise, not great in the summer and as a highway tire and not great in the winter as a snow or ice tire. The Agilis has been the only tire that has great summer performance, quiet and nice handling and also it has been hard to believe, but they act pretty close to Blizzaks I've had in the past for winter driving. I have 25,000 miles on them and they are wearing very well, and have not become noisy. I'm surprised there are not more accolades on these tires. They came out on top vs several other all season tires.”

Every category score blends two independent signals. 60% comes from professional tire tests (braking distances, lap times, noise measurements), each result compared with every other tire in the same test and newer tests counting more. 40% comes from owner reviews found online, adjusted for how generously each site rates. Both use one scale: the average tested tire gets 70, the best 100. When a tire has only one of the two, the missing half is estimated from the other and the score stays closer to average; with no road test and fewer than five owner reviews it gets no score yet.
Handling is the exception: road tests measure it inside the dry and wet scores, so its own row comes from owner ratings only and starts as less important.
