“02 SR5 - New Cooper Discoverer AT3 4S P235/75R15 - beautiful tire - excellent handling/feel”

I was looking for an AT that would be great at hooking up in dry weather but probably not gong to find an AT that is sticky enough. They're brand-new so I'll give an update after a few hundred miles or so (I don't put a lot of miles so it'll take time). Thanks to the Forum for the info! This looks nice!”
“Tire Question: Michelin Defenders or Cooper Discoverer AT3 4S I have a TRD ORP and want to replace the crappy stock Dunlops. Almost all my driving is on road so looking at the Michelin Defenders or the Cooper AT3 4S in the stock size. I prefer the looks of the coopers but am I going to notice any decrease in wet performance, road noise or mpg compared to the Michelins?”

How do we compare tires?
Every category score blends two independent signals. 60% comes from professional tire tests (braking distances, lap times, noise measurements), each result compared with every other tire in the same test and newer tests counting more. 40% comes from owner reviews found online, adjusted for how generously each site rates. Both use one scale: the average tested tire gets 70, the best 100. When a tire has only one of the two, the missing half is estimated from the other and the score stays closer to average; with no road test and fewer than five owner reviews it gets no score yet.
Community buzz from Reddit and forums is shown for context only — it never changes the score.
