Falken WildPeak A/T3W
Community feedback for the Falken Wildpeak A/T3W is overwhelmingly positive, with users praising their rugged look, improved handling, and exceptional performance in severe weather like Pacific Northwest ice storms. Owners appreciate their durability and capability on both highways and light trails, expressing disappointment that the model is being discontinued in favor of the newer A/T4W.
“New wheels for the 50 New wheels on the cx50. Wasn’t 100% sure about the bronze on red but I like it. 17x8 sport terrain cv-1 wheels and 235/65R17 Wildpeak A/T3W tires.”
“WILDPEAK A/T3W - SL vs E After watching many videos, browsing forums, FB posts etc, I've narrowed down my tire purchase to Falkens. I need help with one last piece: SL or E rating? I run a 2019 TRD OR Premium with no lift (yet) and plan on light trail runs and a possible road trip to Michigan at the start of the new year. So might be a little snow encountered lol. I understand the E will be a tougher tire, and could be a rougher ride. Thoughts? EDIT - 265 /70 R17 stock size on TRD wheels if that makes a difference.”
“Falken Wildpeak A/T3W 265/70 R17 2023 SV Midnight…replaced those stock Michelins with these Falkens….I think added maybe 0.5-1” so maybe no need to lift! I can already feel the difference in the drive 👌🏽 Read more”

How do we compare tires?
Every category score blends two independent signals. 60% comes from professional tire tests (braking distances, lap times, noise measurements), each result compared with every other tire in the same test and newer tests counting more. 40% comes from owner reviews found online, adjusted for how generously each site rates. Both use one scale: the average tested tire gets 70, the best 100. When a tire has only one of the two, the missing half is estimated from the other and the score stays closer to average; with no road test and fewer than five owner reviews it gets no score yet.
Community buzz from Reddit and forums is shown for context only — it never changes the score.
