“275/60r20 General Grabber A/Tx Just thought I'd share what my truck looks like with a slightly larger tire size in case anyone wondered. No level, just stock. Good looking tires in my opinion.”

Higher is better. The Relative Score follows your weights below; category scores do not change.
Wet grip starts at “Important”. Treadwear starts at “Neutral” here: road tests measured it for at most one of the two tires, so it rests on owner reviews. Move the sliders and the scores update instantly.
Only one of the two tires has a score here, so this weight changes nothing in the head-to-head.

Community sentiment toward the General Grabber A/TX is largely positive, with owners frequently praising its winter traction on snow and ice as well as its quiet highway ride. Buyers appreciate its availability in lighter standard load ratings and competitive pricing compared to rivals like the BFG KO2. Minor drawbacks cited include fuel economy loss with heavier LT versions and a tendency for the tread to pick up and fling gravel rocks.
“We finally go out first snow storm of winter. We have 8” of fresh snow on the ground, and below that a half an inch of ice (it rained first then snowed). Initial impressions of the General Grabber A/Tx is good. Way quieter than stock tires on the highway, and good traction on snow and ice.”
“Got tired of my stock tires looking undersized with my 2" level, so I finally put new ones on last week. I had KO2's on my last truck and was planning on going with them again, but I couldn't find the size I wanted at a decent price locally. I started reading reviews on TireRack and the General Grabber A/Tx gets the highest rating. I really liked the look and price, so I had my local Tire Discounters get me a set. These things are awesome. Very quiet and a smooth ride. I went with the LT285/60 20's (33.5") and they really fill out the wheel wells like they should.”
“I got the Grabber A/TXs put on Saturday night and on Sunday morning woke up to a fresh 3" of snow. That isn't enough for the roads to get plowed here so it quickly got compacted and icey. I had to go back and forth from home a couple of times on neighborhood roads that pretty much turned to ice by late afternoon. There was a few minles of highway driving as well. Not once did I lose control of the truck. Stayed in 2x4 the whole time. The traction control only turned on when I was gunning it around a corner to test the limits of the traction. Even then the truck never went out of line. I have the Grabber A/T2s on my Subaru (not snow rated in my size for some reason). Those tires have been great in the snow. These A/TXs are even better considering 2x4 and an unloaded bed. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great DD tire that doesn't need to be changed in the winter.”

Every category score blends two independent signals. 60% comes from professional tire tests (braking distances, lap times, noise measurements), each result compared with every other tire in the same test and newer tests counting more. 40% comes from owner reviews found online, adjusted for how generously each site rates. Both use one scale: the average tested tire gets 70, the best 100. When a tire has only one of the two, the missing half is estimated from the other and the score stays closer to average; with no road test and fewer than five owner reviews it gets no score yet.
Handling is the exception: road tests measure it inside the dry and wet scores, so its own row comes from owner ratings only and starts as less important.
