“There is a noticeably difference in handling from 17” to 19”, from 18” to 19” not so much. The cornering is cleaner, sharper and more precise. The runflat will make the ride quality worst, the 18” ride quality is not much better than the 19”. The 19” will probably get damage easier. If we were talking conventional tires, then going from 19” to 18” will make bigger difference in ride comfort.”

Tire B

Goodyear Eagle Sport All-Season

Positive

Community feedback on the Goodyear Eagle Sport All-Season highlights its strong value, competitive pricing, and solid traction, handling, and treadwear expectations. While noted as an improvement over older designs like the Eagle GT, discussions around the ROF (run-flat) version indicate some concerns regarding a stiffer ride compared to conventional non-run-flat alternatives.

How do we compare tires?

Every category score blends two independent signals. 60% comes from professional tire tests (braking distances, lap times, noise measurements), each result compared with every other tire in the same test and newer tests counting more. 40% comes from owner reviews found online, adjusted for how generously each site rates. Both use one scale: the average tested tire gets 70, the best 100. When a tire has only one of the two, the missing half is estimated from the other and the score stays closer to average; with no road test and fewer than five owner reviews it gets no score yet.

Community buzz from Reddit and forums is shown for context only — it never changes the score.
