“I have the Toyo Open Country A/T III EVs. They're noisy and they twist under hard acceleration. I feel like they're pretty stiff too. And I'm a LONG time off road tire user (30+ years). I don't hate them but I won't buy them again. They look cool though!”

“Your mileage may vary, but Discount Tire called Toyo for me and gave me the following response with my particular tires. "I have great news! Your tires, Toyo Tire Open Country A/T III EV LT275/65 R20 126S E1 BSW, Item #178205, have not been affected by the recall."”
“21 trd pro.... tires I need to pick out some new tires on the Tundra, I am leaning on trying toyo open country A/T III. I have historically used BFG KO2s on all my trucks and can't decide if I should stick with bfg and the new KO3 or try out the Toyos. I live in Montana plenty of winter, and I get out in woods as often as I can from what i put together both tires will handle what I throw at them just fine just curious what others have experienced with either tire.”
“Toyo Open Country A/T III Picked up 4 new AT3s for my 2023 crosstrek for about $900 from Firestone so far it holds up well there is slight road noise and they ride a little softer than the original Yokohamas. Read more”

How do we compare tires?
Every category score blends two independent signals. 60% comes from professional tire tests (braking distances, lap times, noise measurements), each result compared with every other tire in the same test and newer tests counting more. 40% comes from owner reviews found online, adjusted for how generously each site rates. Both use one scale: the average tested tire gets 70, the best 100. When a tire has only one of the two, the missing half is estimated from the other and the score stays closer to average; with no road test and fewer than five owner reviews it gets no score yet.
Community buzz from Reddit and forums is shown for context only — it never changes the score.
