“Turanza T005 Hello, I bought a Seat Leon Cupra equipped with BRIDGESTONE TURANZA T005 XL in 225/40/18 92Y. I join you the card of the tire in attachment. It is the manufacturer model 13011. On the BRIDGESTONE website, there is a PDF with the list of all TURANZA models that I attach to this post. You can find the characteristics of the model 13011. Only here is one of my tires is damaged, and I would like to change it by the same model. First of all I can't find it on the online retailers. In fact, I can find references that look exactly the same. But there are some extra words that I don't understand. The abbreviations WAR/REP in the Trade Category column mean what exactly? I found the reference 8836 (or 13187) for example which corresponds in all points but the abbreviation REP is affixed in addition on the PDF. Please help me to find this information.”

How do we compare tires?

Every category score blends two independent signals. 60% comes from professional tire tests (braking distances, lap times, noise measurements), each result compared with every other tire in the same test and newer tests counting more. 40% comes from owner reviews found online, adjusted for how generously each site rates. Both use one scale: the average tested tire gets 70, the best 100. When a tire has only one of the two, the missing half is estimated from the other and the score stays closer to average; with no road test and fewer than five owner reviews it gets no score yet.

Community buzz from Reddit and forums is shown for context only — it never changes the score.
