Hey, My 2025 VZ come with stock Brigestone Turanza T005 tyres and after 2 summer seasons I can confidently say they are very loud and the comfort level is not where it should be, specifically on rough concrete at highway speeds. On good (accoustic) asphalt, the interior noise is acceptable. Furthermore, the handling and road feel is also not particuraly great. Looks like my front cheap dealership tyres need to be changed and I have decided to go for a much better performance oriented tyre. I have limited my options down to these 3 as per recommendations among other owners and reviews I've read. Although they all seem to be very evenly matched to one another. I noticed the price is where they differ. The Uniroyals, although well sued and recommended among the community (including the tyre saleswoman who has a wrx), are €90 a tyre which isn't so bad. The goodyears are €97 per tyre and finally the Michelins are the most expensive at an impressive €122 for PS4's and €130 for PS5s. Is the price hike worth it? or would it better to settle for the more affordable but still capable goodyears and Uniroyals? my GTI is my daily and fun car so something capable of both would be great thanks!”
