“Vredestein Quatrac and Hankook Kinergy 4S2 are good tyres. I prefer the vredestein quite comfortable tyres and quieter than the Hankook. But you can't go wrong with either of them.”

We haven't collected enough community discussion about this tire yet.
Community sentiment toward the Vredestein Quatrac is overwhelmingly positive, with drivers viewing it as one of the best mid-range all-weather tires available. Users frequently praise its reliable traction in wet and snowy conditions, along with its quiet and comfortable ride compared to rivals. While some owners note that stopping distances on ice or deep snow do not match dedicated winter tires and tread wear can vary, most consider it an exceptional value over premium brands like Michelin.
“I just put on a set of Vredestein Quatrac 205/50 R16 from Tire Rack. I am in central Iowa and plan on driving with them all winter.”
“Well the wheels are worth roughly $400-500 by themselves in "drive home and remove" condition. Could be a little higher or lower depending on the weather and the tides. Those particular tires look like about $232 each if it's 215/40/18 so half that for all 4 roughly is $500. I sold my 18" premium set off the new car for $1100 but wheels and tires were separated. Would have been $1200 but the doofus who separated the wheels and tires scratched them a little bit so I lowered it some. $372 is much too low on Ebay but $1200 is a good start point in here. They are slightly used but I still wouldn't settle for less than $800 and instead just sit on them until that happens. Don't let people tell you their worthless:”
“How much life left? Vredestein Quatrac all-season tire with over 30.000miles Hi, I have been driving on these Vredestein Quatrac all-season for over 2 years and accumulated over 30.000miles/50.000kms. I read that these tires typically lasts until these milage, however, looking at the tires there seems to be still quite a bit of life left. I measered and got around of 5mm of tread left at the lowest point. Is this normal for an all-season tire to last this long? And how much life do you think these tires have left? Thanks!”

Every category score blends two independent signals. 60% comes from professional tire tests (braking distances, lap times, noise measurements), each result compared with every other tire in the same test and newer tests counting more. 40% comes from owner reviews found online, adjusted for how generously each site rates. Both use one scale: the average tested tire gets 70, the best 100. When a tire has only one of the two, the missing half is estimated from the other and the score stays closer to average; with no road test and fewer than five owner reviews it gets no score yet.
Handling is the exception: road tests measure it inside the dry and wet scores, so its own row comes from owner ratings only and starts as less important.
