Higher is better. The Relative Score follows your weights below; category scores do not change.
Wet grip starts at “Important”. Treadwear starts at “Neutral” here: road tests measured it for at most one of the two tires, so it rests on owner reviews. Move the sliders and the scores update instantly.
Only one of the two tires has a score here, so this weight changes nothing in the head-to-head.

Community members frequently consider the Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3 as an affordable alternative when replacing factory run-flats, praising its handling, low road noise, and strong grip compared to earlier tires. However, sentiment is tempered by criticism of its poor snow capability as a summer tire, complaints about the RunOnFlat variant from performance car owners, and mixed tread wear reports compared to rivals like Michelin.
“Hi I am having a set of these fitted tomorrow. They are the same sizes as yours. The total cost will be £366 including fitting and balancing. I am using a Formula One Autocentre. I don't know if there is one in your area but it would be worth having a look. Hope this helps.”
“Originally Posted By: slacktide_bitog DTD has their memorial day sale, and the Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3 is $132 each, plus $200 in rebates. If you open up a DTD credit card, there is another $100 $50 rebate available (making the total $300 $250 off) I made a slight mistake, sorry But still, $200 or $250 off the set of four tires is a great deal”
“I've run Conti 5P's on my E63's and they grip well in both wet and dry, last reasonably (circa 13k miles on the rear, a little further on the front, and I change my tyres when they're down to 2.5mm - 3mm of tread), but are a bit noisy. My wife's SLK55 is on 5P's too and the fronts last about 20k, the rears 12k - 13k. Are you running MO-spec tyres or the generic version? This can have a significant effect on life expectancy. FWIW, I'm now running Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3's on my E63. They grip as well as, if not better than, the 5P's and are noticeably quieter. I've got 11.5k miles on the current set and they still have a good 5mm of tread remaining, so I anticipate that they will run to at least 14k miles.”

Every category score blends two independent signals. 60% comes from professional tire tests (braking distances, lap times, noise measurements), each result compared with every other tire in the same test and newer tests counting more. 40% comes from owner reviews found online, adjusted for how generously each site rates. Both use one scale: the average tested tire gets 70, the best 100. When a tire has only one of the two, the missing half is estimated from the other and the score stays closer to average; with no road test and fewer than five owner reviews it gets no score yet.
Handling is the exception: road tests measure it inside the dry and wet scores, so its own row comes from owner ratings only and starts as less important.
